This is responsible for streamlining all activities and monitoring the group of participants at all times of the day.<\/li><li>The program may change due to external factors (unavailability of activities, meteorological conditions, transport delays, among others).<\/li><li>By participating in our activities, each participant is insured in the amounts and conditions defined by article 17 of Decree-Law n\u00ba 304\/2003, of December 9th and by Ordinance n\u00ba 629\/2004 of June 12th.<\/li><li>It is expressly forbidden to bring alcohol or drugs, and participants who do not comply with this rule will be automatically invited to leave the Camp, without the right to any monetary refund.<\/li><li>Each turn only advances with a minimum of 20 participants. If this number is not reached, Summerpolis may cancel it up to one week before it starts.<\/li><\/ul>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_zqr2437 genfirsttxt generalhdois  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n            <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Material to bring:<\/h4><ul><li>Small backpack for daily use;<\/li><li>Practical clothing: bathing suit, light raincoat, warm sweaters, pants, shorts, pajamas, t-shirts, underwear, comfortable shoes, hat\/cap, sunscreen, beach towel, bath towel, face towel and slippers;<\/li><li>Toiletries: toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo;<\/li><li>Bed bag (if camping night included in the program);<\/li><li>Reusable water bottle;<\/li><li>On the last night the gala night will be held, so we recommend that you bring a more elegant outfit, which will be saved especially for that night;<\/li><li>White T-shirt for Painting Ateliers;<\/li><li>Participants must bring a change of clothes for each day, and these must be properly identified.<\/li><li>We recommend that you bring an envelope, duly identified, with \u20ac10.00, to be delivered on the day of arrival. This money is intended for small purchases throughout the week, such as ice cream, chocolates or cookies.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>NOTE: Summerpolis is not responsible for loss, damage or misplacement of any kind of belonging of the participants, advising their identification.<\/strong><\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_w17g217 genfirsttxt generalhdois  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n            <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Hours:<\/h4><ul><li>The contact time between parents and participants occurs daily between 19:30 and 21:00. This contact can be made directly with the participant or through the camp coordinator. The contact of the camp coordinator will be provided in due time before the start of the camp.<\/li><\/ul>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_v8em783 genfirsttxt generalhdois  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n            <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Food:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants are entitled to five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and supper.<\/li>\n<li>All of them are made in our kitchen by highly experienced cooks, using the HACCP process.<\/li>\n<li>If you need specific dietary care, let us know in advance so that we can serve you according to your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_zjf4902 genfirsttxt generalhdois  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n            <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Medicines and O.S.S.:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All animators have training in basic health care, so whenever it is a matter of superficial injuries, they can intervene. In cases that require greater care, participants are referred to the nearest Health Center or Hospital.<\/li>\n<li>All medications, illnesses or deficiencies must be informed in advance, so that we can act correctly and so that we can be aware of all the precautions to be taken. During the Summer Camp, the team leader may be responsible for the participant&#8217;s medication, which must be delivered to the Coordinator at the beginning of the camp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_8gth560 genfirsttxt generalhdois  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n            <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Complaint Book<\/h4><ul><li>UPAJE has a complaints book both at the headquarters and at the Holiday Center.<\/li><\/ul>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_9o5b610 genfirsttxt generalhdois  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n            <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">The Summer Camp registration includes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Food (five meals a day);<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation in dormitories or camping;<\/li>\n<li>Personal Accident Insurance;<\/li>\n<li>Medical Assistance;<\/li>\n<li>Educational Program and Activities;<\/li>\n<li>Pedagogical Framework.<\/li>\n<li>The value shown <strong>does not include<\/strong> transportation to the Camp de F\u00e9rias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_nfdh628 genfirsttxt generalhdois  \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n            <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Payment Terms:<\/h4><ul><li>The registration must be made through the link available on our website or via e-mail, when requested. After completing the form, you must wait for a contact from us.<\/li><li>After confirmation of availability by our services regarding the requested registration, you will have a period of 5 days to send us proof of payment of \u20ac150.00.
